Order & Process

Click on the shopping cart symbol in the top right. If you have already put products in your shopping cart, you will see the "Discount or voucher code" field at the bottom of the shopping cart. You can enter your code there. Please note that your voucher or discount code is case sensitive.

Once you have completed your order you will receive
immediately by email the order confirmation .

You will receive an invoice, delivery note and tracking number once we have processed your order.

ATTENTION: For Packstations, incomplete addresses and some non-German shipments, we create the shipping label by hand. Therefore
There is no tracking number in the delivery confirmation email. If you still want to know where your package is, send us an email to hello@iwantyounaked.com and we will be happy to send you your tracking number.

Although we take great care in packing your order, sometimes breakages or incorrect deliveries can occur. If so, please email us with your order number at hello@iwantyounaked.com and we will take care of it as soon as possible.

We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Payment & Shipping

To offer you an optimal shopping experience, you have various payment options:
If you like it quick and easy, you can use PayPal Express or GooglePay .
You do not have to enter your data separately.

If you are already logged in, you can choose from the following payment options:
- Credit card (MasterCard / VISA / American Express)
- Invoice (via Klarna)
- Sofortüberweisung or
- EPS transfer

Yes! Please enter your postal code under "Company (optional)" and your Packstation and number under "Street and house number". Since we create the shipping labels for deliveries to the Packstation by hand, there is no tracking number in the delivery confirmation email. If you still want to know where your package is, write us an email to hello@iwantyounaked.com and we will be happy to send you your tracking number.

We ship all our packages domestically and internationally with DHL .

Domestic DHL shipments usually have a delivery time of 1 to 2 working days . For example, if the package was sent on Monday, you can expect it on Tuesday or Wednesday.

International DHL shipments, on the other hand, can take much longer. DHL delivery times depend on the destination country and can hardly be predicted.

We ship within Germany for a flat shipping fee of 4.90€ ,
For orders over 40€, shipping is free .

For deliveries to other European countries we charge a flat rate of 6.90€ .
We deliver to Switzerland for a flat rate of 12€ .

Any customs fees are to be paid by the customer. The height
depends on the respective order value.

As much as we love personal contact with you, a
Personal collection is unfortunately not possible for organizational reasons.

Products & active ingredients

We are currently working on offering you our products for testing. This is already possible for some products – you can recognise them by the "TRY ME" button .

You can receive a free sample of our solid soaps . Simply write us a short message in the comments field telling us which of our shower and face soaps you would like to try.

Warranty & Repair

All our products are subject to quality control.

Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.

The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of notifying any defects.

It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

An extended warranty can be added to your products for an additional cost.

The extended warranty could come at a different cost depending on the type of product and extended period.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.

Please inquire for more information about our refund policy.

A refund request can be submitted within one month after the purchase is made.

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged , you are eligible for a full refund.

In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used , you are eligible for a partial refund.

In the case when a product has been damaged , and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligible for a refund.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.
