Where it all begins
Our 'NAKED LAB' is the space where everything comes together. It's my favorite place – because here, focused work meets sensuality. It smells of plant extracts, oils, and natural raw materials. Textures are tested, optimized, reimagined. And constantly rediscovered.
In our Naked Lab, our formulas and products are created from scratch – with knowledge, experience, and a love for nature. Every ingredient has a function. Every step is carefully considered. And the result is skincare that is as pure as its origin and as sensual as nature itself. Every ingredient is consciously chosen because it has a purpose.
We consistently avoid fillers. Our formulations are almost exclusively vegan, cruelty-free, and designed to effectively support the skin and strengthen its natural defenses. Expert knowledge and keen intuition go hand in hand.
How we develop
Our products aren't born from trends. They're born from attitude, experience – and a genuine need. When we're working on a new formula, it's never just about efficacy. It's about how a texture feels. How individual components combine. About balance. About sensuality. And about ensuring that cosmetics not only achieve something, but also touch the soul.
Technical expertise and keen intuition go hand in hand. We test, compare, discard, and refine. Some things take time – and we take exactly that time.
Our products also include packaging, texts, website, and much more. And all these elements – design and language – are created right here in our workshop. We develop designs and texts with the same care and attention to detail as our recipes, ensuring that what drives us is reflected holistically in our product world.
How we work
Only when everything is perfect down to the last detail and a formula is convincing in terms of effect, texture, and fragrance do we begin production. We select our raw materials with the utmost care. We source most of our ingredients regionally, and whenever possible, from sustainable cultivation. We even harvest some plants ourselves, such as birch leaves, linden blossoms, rosemary, and lemon balm. And when raw materials come from other countries, we are uncompromising in our adherence to origin, fair trade practices, and quality standards.
Then, with great care and expertise, production begins, always fresh, in small batches. Many hands fill, label, fold boxes, and pack. Finally, each order is packed and shipped.
And our work is also informed by your contact with us – our customers. Many suggestions from the community have sparked new ideas in the past. We listen. And we continue to develop.
Nature provides everything needed for good skincare. Active ingredients with depth. Fragrances that touch the soul. Textures that feel natural.
From idea to desire to reality. This is how products were born from enthusiasm and reality from imagination. Not always easy, requiring much dedication and idealism, and sometimes taking a zigzag course – but always driven by passion. From the idea of developing skincare that not only works, but touches the soul. Products that make the intensity of nature palpable.

For us, responsibility begins long before a product is held in our hands. And for us, sustainability doesn't belong at the end of the chain – but at the beginning.
It begins with the selection of our raw materials, with the question of how we process them – and what remains when a product is used up.
When we develop products, we do so with genuine respect for nature. How can skincare be good for the skin if it harms the environment? For us, the two are inextricably linked.
Because for us, true responsibility doesn't end with the shipment of products, we have had a Return & Recycle program for our containers for many years.
